NitroXP 1.0

NitroXP is the tweaking tool designed for Windows XP. NitroXP can optimize your Internet connection, memory, and more.

NitroXP can optimize your Internet connection by apply better settings to the Maximum Transmission Unit, Time To Live, and more. These settings are "discovered" by NitroXP using an exclusive process! NitroXP can also increase the size of the DNS Cache, and increase the number of simultaneous downloads in Internet Explorer.

NitroXP can decrease shutdown time by decreasing the amount of time Windows waits for a program to close and by disabling the shutdown sound.

NitroXP can increase the speed of Windows XP by forcing Windows to keep important operating system components and drivers in the RAM (rather than paging them to the slower hard disk). NitroXP can also free wasted RAM back to Windows (note that Windows XP is much better at handling RAM than Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows ME).

NitroXP is your solution for Windows XP. NitroXP works with both the Home and Pro edition of Windows.
